Mr. Remus is an expert in alternative energy, wind, solar, waste conversion, specializing in the development, and implementation of renewable energy projects and in the evaluation of the feasibility of new technologies by assessing technology risks involved with project development, construction, and operation.
His background includes management positions at the Kennedy Space Center Robotics and Automation Development Lab and being CEO for several of his former companies, RLR Advanced Automation Systems, Inc., Merritt Systems, Inc and High Tech Coatings LLC., all of which were sold to publicly traded entities.
Mr. Remus' expertise include the fields of automation, robotics, vacuum technology, optics and smart sensor development.
He has published numerous articles covering topics on diffractive optics and aerospace technology.

Leman M. Porter, CPA has served as the President of Frontline Homeowners Insurance, a group of Florida domiciled insurance companies writing over $140 million in annual homeowner premiums in Florida and South Carolina, since 2003. Mr. Porter previous served as Chief Financial Officer of First Protective Insurance Company (dba Frontline Homeowners Insurance) from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Porter has also served as Controller and CFO of Vanguard Fire & Casualty Company, a Florida homeowners' insurer from 1998 through 2001. Mr. Porter is a Certified Public Accountant and has performed public accounting, including audits, taxation, and consulting from 1989 to 1998. Mr. Porter received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami.
Ms. Thomas is a Partner reporting to the Chief Technology Office and leads the Corporate Strategic Deal Team which supports all World Wide Strategic Deal pursuits including North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific. She supports Cross Organization groups including: Global Public Sector, Global Financial Services, Global Communications and the Federal Government Group; Cross functional organizations including Unisys horizontals: Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure and Systems & Technology; Global Pursuit Teams including Program Executive, Managing Partner, Sales, Business Development, Program Manager, Proposal Development, Technical Architect, Pricing Strategist, & Strategic Teaming Partners. Ms. Thomas' Strategic Deal Team provides the following support to Deals: Strategic Innovation, Technical Enablement/Solutioning, Competitive Intelligence, Target Account Selling, and Deal Based Marketing.
Ms. Thomas' background includes Account Development, Account Management, Business Development, Sales & Delivery, Marketing, Strategy and Partnerships. Her experience and expertise have been in both the Commercial and Government marketplace supporting Information Technology Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing, Systems Integration, Transformation and Enterprise Architecture.
Ms. Thomas has worked for prestigious firms such as Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), Honeywell, and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). During Ms. Thomas' career, she has received many awards and recognitions including Best Achievement of Six Sigma in Sales & Marketing, Unisys Trailblazer Award exemplifying External Obsession and Team for Speed, Federal Computer Week's Fed 100 award, Executive Advisory Board member for Federal Enterprise Architecture Conference, and awards for Strategic Planning and Customer Excellence. Ms. Thomas has served on Boards such as Government Electronic Industries Association, Professional Services Council, and Navy League National Capital Council. Ms. Thomas holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
Mr. Kirst has over 30 years of experience in the design and manufacture of large scale, commercial and government, alternative energy projects for organizations such as British Petroleum, First Solar and HelioVolt.
He is an expert in emerging manufacturing technologies and is renowned for developing manufacturing methods to produce extremely reliable and cost effective systems.
He has created and implemented cutting edge manufacturing processes, transferring this knowledge and utilizing these techniques in producing equipment used in the solar energy and other alternative energy industries.
He has manufactured systems for a diverse range of industries such as aeronautic, defense, semiconductor, energy, machine production and Optics.
